Hi! My name is Sheldon Amosu
I am a Jamaican-Nigerian non-binary personal trainer who’s goal is to coach quality movement and quality time with the body we have.
I founded Untitled Fitness in 2018 to tailor group and personal training specific to each individual. I am also a student consciously unlearning white patriarchal oppressive systems rooted in the wellness and fitness industry.
Services
Sheldon (they/them) is passionate about progressively training individuals, sharing knowledge as well as getting groups motivated to move. They develop simple and accessible ways to engage functional fitness into training so that clients can experience benefits during daily living activities. Beyond the known physical benefits a body positive training routine can bring, mental health can also take space and form new mind-body connections. This can adapt mental capacity, clarity and quality of life.

PERSONAL TRAINING 1-1 & 1-2 BUDDY TRAINING
Untitled Fitness one to one training is ideal for anyone looking to move well and feel good while effectively gaining muscle definition, muscle mass, improve performance in their day to day living or boost their sports performance. Personal training programmes are designed to give you tools that empower and coach you to continuously achieve goals through tailored progressive training inside and outside the gym.
SMALL & LARGE GROUP TRAINING
Group training is available for private small and large groups at private gym spaces in East London or local parks*. Classes can include a selection of strength & conditioning, cardio, circuit or mobility drills which participants can return to weekly/monthly. Sessions are designed at an open developmental level so that teams of all shapes and abilities feel challenged.
