Sheldon is a gender-affirming, body-affirming personal trainer and kettlebell coach now based in Atlanta, USA. With a focus on beginner-friendly strength training and trauma-informed coaching, Sheldon supports Black queer and or trans folks in moving beyond oppressive diet culture through inclusive, remote kettlebell training.
Since founding Untitled Fitness in 2018 in London, UK, Sheldon’s coaching has prioritised accessible, sustainable fitness that empowers you to grow both physically and mentally—making fitness both empowering and judgment-free.
